The disposal of the daily flood of paper in companies and institutions in compliance with good data security practice and often legislation has led to a increased demand for high capacity shredders.
Depending on the model our range of shredders is capable of shredding batches of paper up to 550 pages thick or even complete ring binders including the metal components in a single operation.
We operate three models:
The standard data shredder with an integrated mobile container for the shredded material. Two basic models are available for six different degrees of shredding.
All our shredders combines superb performance, quality build and design with wide ranging operating protection systems which are VDE/GS approved.
The exceptional performance of the document shredder should be optimised by combination with a baler so piles of shredded material can be efficiently compressed on the spot immediately. The document shredder and the baler are operated in a continuos cycle, the cutting mechanism can continue to be loaded whilst the baler is compressing the shredded material.
An audible signal indicates when the bale is completed. The compressed bale is then bound with two straps and ejected from the compacting chamber by a pushbutton control. Alternatively the bale can be left unbound and ejected into a plastic sack. It is also possible to use a combination of both methods, the advantages being stable bales. clean and dust free handling.
This shredder offers an economical alternative to baling. With the aid of specifically timed vibrations, the particles discharges from the data shredder cutting mechanism are immediately and effectively compressed.
Use of one way containers for recycling material contributes to enviromental protection; the containers complete with contents can be recycles as paper. A special reusable container can be used with plastic sacks.
